I love this flat iron! It glides so smoothly and it straightens so well! Very happy with the results. As for the shipping etc., I ordered this on a Tuesday, got the confirmation on a Wednesday and received the straightener on the Monday for a shipping time of only 3 days when I was expecting 4-10 like it said :). Would recommend this product for any hair types, even thin brittle hair types because it makes your hair so smooth! A++
